Stefanie Lisabeth
°1985, Belgium
Lives and works in Ronse, Belgium.
Stefanie Lisabeth is a multidisciplinary visual artist working primarily in painting, alongside sculpture and photography to enhance her storytelling. A self-taught artist, she resists being defined in one word — and so does her work.
Her practice explores taboo topics such as sexuality, modern feminism, and mental health, drawing on personal experience to create thought-provoking pieces that invite viewers to engage with difficult societal issues. Rather than offering easy answers, her art breaks down stigma and opens space for understanding.
